Meet Ronald & Dorothy Seiker, the owners of Custom Asphalt Inc. The company was established in 1977, and incorporated in October of 2001. After 25+ years, Custom Asphalt still remains a small family operated business located in Southern California.

Ron was born in Ohio and eventually moved to Southern California where he met and married Dorothy.

After a number of years success in the Barber Shop business, Ron, set his sites elsewhere - the construction business. From the ground up, Ron worked to establish a successful, reputable asphalt business. His determination and dedication has certainly paid off. With the support, patience and understanding from family, along with dedicated customers, Custom Asphalt is still very much a thriving business after 25 years.

Mike (Son of Ron and Dorothy) has been involved in the family business since he was 10 years old. From a young age, he took an interest in the family business and was reading blue prints, estimating & measuring jobs in no time. Mike IS a big part of the driving force behind Custom Asphalt and it's success. Mike still handles some of the estimating & bid work, but for the most part, you will find him out on the job site on a daily basis overseeing the crew and doing hands on work to get the project completed.
